Zuiderzicht Nieuw Zuid

Antwerp - Belgium - 2018

'Antwerpen Nieuw Zuid' is a new urban development project near the Schelde that will introduce another way of living; sustainable, green and human. The Masterplan comprises of 8 residential buildings, positionned at a top location in the South of Antwerp.

Zuiderzicht is the first tower that is being built and is due to open in 2018. The apartment building, designed by KCAP Architects&Planners in collaboration with evr-Architecten, will be built according to the Passive house norms. High insulating Reynaers solutions such as CW 50, CP 155-LS/HI and the MasterLine 8 HI+ contribute to this highly sustainable development.

Zuiderzicht is a 80 metres high, 26 story tower and will provide 132 living units. Big terraces allow for spectacular views on the Schelde, green parks or the city.
