The exposed concrete pays tribute to the industrial past of the city. ![SlimLine 38 Doors, ConceptWall 50 Façades, SlimLine 38 Standard Windows and SlimLine 38 Classic Windows - The Jackson located in New York City, United States of America](/sites/default/files/public/styles/landscape_full_width_wide/public/inriver/102616_Jackson-10A.jpg?h=56d0ca2e&itok=HJd0PpbR) The large concrete frames are juxtaposed with layers of wood and black metal slab covers. The window wall spans the full floor height and evokes and industrial character. - Chris Fogarty New York Yimby In order to stand out from the surrounding glassy highrises, the architects decided to make the facade similar to a huge old industrial loft building with an exposed watertank on the roof. The exposed concrete and sweeping curtain walls create a crisp grid with an accent of wood panels that travel vertically. From inside the units, residents are gifted breathtaking panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline. ### Used systems [Doors](/products/doors) - [SlimLine 38](/products/doors/slimline-38) [Façades](/products/facades) - [ConceptWall 50](/products/facades/conceptwall-50) [Windows](/products/windows) - [SlimLine 38 Standard](/products/windows/slimline-38/standard) - [SlimLine 38 Classic](/products/windows/slimline-38/classic-window) ### Involved stakeholders Architect - Fogarty Finger Photographer - Alexander Severin Share this case study - [f](https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=https%3A//www.reynaers.us/markdownify/node/6172%3Futm_source%3Dfacebook%26utm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_campaign%3Dwebsite) - [t](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=https%3A//www.reynaers.us/markdownify/node/6172%3Futm_source%3Dtwitter%26utm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_campaign%3Dwebsite) - [l](https://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=1&url=https%3A//www.reynaers.us/markdownify/node/6172%3Futm_source%3Dlinkedin%26utm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_campaign%3Dwebsite) - [p](https://pinterest.com/pin/create/button/) - [m]() ## You might also like [ See all projects ](/projects-0) - ![SlimLine 38 Windows and SlimLine 38 Doors - The Rheingold located in New York City, United States of America](/sites/default/files/public/styles/teaser_medium/public/inriver/112962_10%20Montieth_19.jpg?h=56d0ca2e&itok=q8LBMXfM) ### The Rheingold *New York City - United States of America* [Learn more](/inspiration/aluminium-project-references/windows-doors-rheingold-new-york-city) - ![SlimLine 38 Windows, SlimLine 38 Doors and CW 50-SC Façades - The Galerie located in New York City, United States of America](/sites/default/files/public/styles/teaser_medium/public/inriver/102490_Galerie%20LIC_1.jpg?h=56d0ca2e&itok=BiQ31ZiW) ### The Galerie *New York City - United States of America* [Learn more](/inspiration/aluminium-project-references/windows-doors-facades-galerie-new-york-city) [ See all projects ](/projects-0)
