  • Train customers in Reynaers software and systems, helping them become self-sufficient and confident in preparing quotations and project files.
  • Advise customers on systems, solutions, and fabrication processes, tailored to project requirements.
  • Visit customers and fabricators together with Key Account Managers.
  • Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships and collaboration with Reynaers partners.
  • Prepare complete project files in ReynaPro, including drawings, calculations, and related documentation.
  • Perform thermal and structural estimations and calculations.
  • Communicate frequently with internal teams and external stakeholders such as architects, consultants, and project partners.
  • Support and conduct technical training sessions within your area of expertise.
  • Travel internationally on occasion as required.

Who are you?

Education & Experience

  • Educational background in construction, engineering, building physics, or a related technical field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar technical, sales-support, or coordination role.
  • Experience or strong interest in façade, window, and door systems (aluminium and/or steel is a strong asset).

Technical Skills

  • Familiar with or eager to learn design and calculation software for aluminium and steel façade and window systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages like French and Spanish are a plus).

Personal Attributes

  • Organized, structured, and results-oriented.
  • A proactive team player with a hands-on, down-to-earth mindset.
  • Commercially aware and comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone to support business growth.
  • Customer-focused, people-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Able to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Confident in planning and delivering technical training sessions.

What can we offer you?

  • A state-of-the-art international work environment in a company that is a global leader in its field, where continuous innovation is the common driving force.
  • A collaborative and forward-thinking team
  • A pleasant and dynamic working atmosphere with a new challenge every day.
  • The opportunity to make your mark on the future at a socially responsible and sustainable company that focuses on innovation and digital technology.
  • A competitive salary and numerous extra-legal benefits in exchange for your expertise and commitment.
